I have been researching upon the presence of Dance and Choreography in museums around the world since 2013. As my research has been developing I found out the great discussion under the work of Xavier Le Roy and Boris Charmatz. I had edited this video for a panel in the university department PGEHA - USP (Programa de Pós Graduação em Estética e História da Arte) that has happened on 27th June 2018. My aim is to bring closer that discussion to the Brazilian art field context. The field of Dance and Choreography in Brazil also need other contexts to reimagine itself in the world. The propose of the video is pedagogical and scientific. I thank you the artists for their beautiful contribution in expanding the language fo dance and choreography.
